A lot of you are probably wondering why I do this. When I go on vacation I go to relax and relaxing for me is not answering phone calls or troubleshooting someone's computer problem. i also like to travel. Since I was a kid vacation for us wasn't a week down the shore. Heck you go there anytime but how many times can you go to New Orleans, Bermuda, Italy or anywhere out of the state of New Jersey. So when I got married and started to raise a family vacation for us was the same as it was for me as a kid, travel. Except I spent a lot more than my parents. But hey you can't take it with you. Okay back to this. When you travel you take a ton of pictures. Most of which we either forgot to develop or are in some drawer that no one sees. The ones you do get developed and show people you end up sounding like a brooken record and people start to run when you pull out the stack.
Well Enter the Internet and Digital Cameras. I can now take a ton of photos, pick the best ones, put them on my Web site and tell folks where they can see them. If they get bored with my long winded babble they can click past it and no one gets offended. Also if it is a nice shot, (hey I take good pictures once in a while) they can download them for themselves. or if they want something for evidence that I should be committed they can download them for that. Anyway thy're there for the viewing or taking.
The other reason I do this is that after a long day of whatever we do I just can't come back to our place and watch the tube. So I fire up the PC, connect the camera and my Internet connection and start producing a journal of the days events.
