* FARMHOUSE SUMMER ALE NOW OUT IN BOTTLES

It's taken us almost two years to bring out a new bottled beer, so we made
it a good one. Our Farmhouse Summer Ale, hugely enjoyed on draft over the
last three summers is now our first seasonal bottled beer. The Farmhouse Ale
is brewed with Pilsner malt, a small percentage of wheat and imported Styrian
Golding hops. A sour mash gives this Belgian-style beer its signature
dryness and great drinkability. It's lightly filtered and bottle-conditioned
for extra character. If you find a more perfect summer beer, send us a case!

If you're interested in trying it, act quickly--it's been three years in
the making but will only be available for the three summer months. It's
also available in half kegs and torpedo mini-kegs (5.2 gallons). If you
don't see it, ask your local retailer for it.

On another note, this is the first beer that has ever been released with
its own soundtrack. On May 15, Phish (http://phish.com) is releasing their
new disk which is coincidentally named "Farmhouse." Since the band has
enjoyed our beer from time to time, we're humbly assuming that the title is a
tribute to Flying Fish (although we know we're assuming way, way too much).

* ATLANTIC CITY SURF BASEBALL AND FLYING FISH TEAM UP AGAIN

Flying Fish is again the "official" craft beer of the Atlantic City Surf pro
baseball team. Opening day is May 2 and the season runs through September. Of
course, there will be plenty of fresh Extra Pale Ale on draft and Farmhouse
in the bottle. The stadium's right off the AC Expressway, parking's free,
prices are reasonable and the games are entertaining--check one out.

To find out more about the Surf, call them at 609-344-SURF or head over to
http://www.acsurf.com

Before and after the game, you can enjoy draft Flying Fish at the Home Run
Cafe directly across from the stadium, the Margate Pub in nearby Margate,
or the Madison House in Atlantic City.

* NOW FIND US AT ALL 32 CHARLIE BROWNS RESTAURANTS

Extra Pale Ale is now a featured beer selection at all Charlie Brown's
restaurants in NJ. These folks offer a lot of good happy hour specials so
check them out. For locations head over to http://www.charliebrowns.com/

* NO TOURS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

We're closed Saturday, May 27 to celebrate the holiday weekend and to
conduct quality control sampling at various picnics.

of room to stretch out. Beers from 13 NJ breweries, food, complimentary
tasting glass and lots of music. Last year's event sold out so don't put
off getting tickets.
