* 3 YEARS AND 500 BATCHES OF BEER LATER. . .
This month marks the 3rd anniversary of our first brew. Thanks to you and
your thirsty friends, we've done 499 brews since then. We marked our 500th
milestone by brewing the Belgian Abbey Dubbel, a few kegs of which we'll
set aside and break out for some end of the century festivities. Stay
tuned. Also, for you old-timers this month also marks the 4th year of the
Flying Fish website--and FlyingFishMail. Thanks for your support!
* PHISH MEETS FISH
If you thought the recent sold-out Phish concert at South Jersey's E-Centre
was particularly inspired, it might have been the musical influence of
Flying Fish ales. In addition to sampling a fine selection of Flying Fish,
the band and crew are now sporting some stylish FishWear, which you may see
at a show near you. The band was also kind enough to autograph a Flying
Fish shirt that's now on display in our tasting room.
